We also provide ongoing support for your website, throughout its life, when you need support adding content, resolving maintenance issues or when you need new features adding.
Domain registration
We are Nominet approved registrars and undergo regular compliance checks to ensure that we register and manage domain names in accordance with strict international rules.
We manage hundreds of domain names and register and renew these important business assets on your behalf.

Website hosting
We partner with award winning Rackspace, famous for their fanatical support, to manage our dedicated and cloud server infrastructure.
Whatever the requirements of your website, we have a solution for you. We only host websites that we have built, so even if you are in a shared environment, all the websites are known to us personally. Our servers are high performance machines providing a fast, reliable service.
Servers are monitored 24/7/365 by award winning Rackspace and are protected by secure monitoring software that generate alerts in the event of hack attempts or malware.
In the unlikely event of a compromise our hosting fees include full resolution and restoration of your website.
Ongoing website support and maintenance
Some clients are comfortable updating and managing their website, others are not! Either way, we’re here to support you.
All the websites we design and build are covered by our no quibble 12 month’s guarantee. Discover a problem with your website and we’ll fix it for you.
If you need minor updates to your website or new features adding, we provide a flexible support ticketing system. Pre-paid support tickets never expire and can be used for multiple requests, enabling us pass on admin savings from being able to invoice fixed time slots rather than on a job-by-job basis. We log our time as we work for you, provide usage reports as required and let you know when your support ticket needs topping up.
Email hosting
Don’t have a dedicated exchange server to manage your email accounts? No problem! Through our partnership with Rackspace we have a range of day-to-day business email solutions.
Rackspace makes it easier for teams to connect, communicate and collaborate with a wide choice of industry-leading email and productivity solutions including our Business Standard Email, Office 365 and Outlook Exchange.
Our business standard email starts at just £2.50 per month and features a huge 25GB mailbox and unlimited alias email addresses.
24/7 support
We partner with Rackspace & Amazon to provide 24/7/365 monitoring and technical support. So your website is in good hands, with a team renowned for their ‘fanatical support’.
The websites we design and build are hosted on dedicated or cloud servers. We only host websites that we have designed. So, your website is in good company!
In addition, as Nominet Registrars, we can act on your behalf when registering and renewing domains, including managing the DNS records for your website and email hosting.
SSL certificates
In February 2018, Google started displaying ‘this website is not secure’ messages, on websites not secured by an SSL certificate (the green padlock that displays in the browser address bar).
Traditionally only used by ecommerce websites, to provide trust and confidence, any modern website needs to include an SSL, to prove they are a genuine business. In addition, Google are using SSLs as a ranking factor.
