First, please check that the email notifications are not arriving in your spam filter. If you’ve tested the form and you still not getting an email notification from your site please complete the form to the right and one of our team will investigate.
In much the same way that a car needs maintaining, so too does a website. New browsers and new technologies can affect the way some elements display on your website. If you have a problem please tell us the page address that is affected and which browser and device you are using. This wil help us track down the issue and identify a solution for you.
This is a common problem. And, for security purposes, passwords do expire. Drop us an email using the form to the right and we’ll reset your password for you and re-issue to the registered email address that we have on file.
Occassionally spammers target specific websites and automatically fill forms with spurious content and then constantly hit the ‘submit’ form. Not only is this frustrating for you, but it can also flood our servers with requests. Essentially they’re trying to take the site down. If this happens to you, it’s quite possible that in a day or so the ‘attack’ will subside. If it does not we can add an extra layer of security to your contact form. If this becomes necessary we have successfuly installed a product called ReCaptcha to add an extra layer of protection to forms. Receiving spam email is always frustrating and sadly is a common issue. If you find that you are getting inundated with email please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to filter out the unwanted elements. If possible, please avoid publishing your email address on the internet as this is how spammers ‘harvest’ emails to use.
